Virtual Members’ Meeting: The alternative listing – SPACs vs IPO vs reverse merger?

As the turbulent times of covid-19 affecting our private and business lives seem far from over, we will be continuing our series of short virtual meetings via Zoom.

Over three consecutive weeks, we have invited experienced industry professionals from different parts of the biotech financing sphere to elaborate on the overall theme of Funding. Each speaker will share experiences, lessons learned and good advice from their side of the table, followed by an open panel discussion.
