We work in the layer where most biotechs actually get stuck. Not the board seat — the functional leaders and scarce specialists who run the programmes: CMC and process development, QA and regulatory affairs, clinical operations, medical, technical operations and commercial. These are the hires that decide whether a milestone lands on time, and they are almost never sitting on a job board.
So we hunt. Every search starts with a mapped market and a direct approach to people who are not looking, and we stay involved after the contract is signed, because the first ninety days are where a good hire is won or lost.
We work out of a HQ in Hellerup with satellites in Germany and Spain, in Danish, English and German. That is the same route Danish life science takes when it scales beyond Denmark.
Most of our clients are startups and scale-ups moving from first scientific hire to first commercial team. We understand that pressure, because we are building the same kind of company ourselves.
