Cbio A/S – Enabling Cancer Cure
Cbio A/S is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company located in Copenhagen dedicated to bringing new hope for survival and possible cure for late-stage cancer patients. Cbio’s first product, novoleucel, is a novel T-cell therapy designed to break through the solid tumor barrier being tested in up to 20 cervical cancer patients in a phase I/IIa clinical trial at Karolinska Hospital in Sweden.
As opposed to other immune-oncology approaches, novoleucel delivers superior tumor cell targeting and killing by supercharging the T-cells against oxidative stress through the Nrf-2 activation pathway. Not only do the T-cells preserve their functions despite the hostile tumor micro-environment, but they also secrete antioxidant enzymes making the tumor pro-inflammatory and reigniting bystander immune cells to engage.

Cbio has its own in-house GMP facility approved by the Danish Medicines Agency to produce advanced therapy medicinal products for clinical use with a robust manufacturing process at a competitive cost price
