ZERION has is a pharmaceutical development company established as a spinout form the University of Copenhagen in 2019. ZERION has pioneered the Dispersome® technology that is addressing one of the most challenging problems in pharmaceutical development: poor solubility of small molecule drugs. By formulating insoluble small molecule APIs with novel protein-based excipients into amorphous dispersions, dramatic increases in solubility and corresponding bioavailability are achievable.
