DANISH BIO – DANSK BIOTEK organizes four major plenary meetings for our members throughout the year to increase our members' knowledge regarding specific biotech topics and to facilitate networking. The events usually take place in February, May, September and November.

We also organize approximately four "saloon" meetings annually. They are small, intimate, "meet the expert" meetings with typically 6-20 participants advocating more in-depth discussion and knowledge-sharing on specific themes.

DANISH BIO – DANSK BIOTEK celebrates the industry at the first ever Biotech Spring Gala

On Friday 6th May 2022 DANISH BIO – DANSK BIOTEK held its first Biotech Spring Gala; an   amazing evening with the top echelon of the Danish biotech scene at the beautiful Børssalen.

During the gala, we also celebrated the persons and companies that made an extraordinary effort in 2021. The awards went to:

  • Jan Møller Mikkelsen and Ascendis Pharma for Biotech Company of the Year
  • Henrik Stage for Biotech Person of the Year
  • Giovanni Salerno and Sundew for Rising Star in Biotech
  • Søren Carlsen received the Life Time Achievement Award

A massive congratulations goes out to all winners.

Thank you to all participants, who helped make the evening festive, fun and worth repeating!
