In the past several years the market for smaller listings in Denmark has been stagnant, but this changed in 2017 where, among others, BDO advised Conferize on its listing on Nasdaq First North by which Conferize raised new capital of DKK 28 million.
BDO and Poul Schmith invite you to an event regarding listing on Nasdaq First North where, in cooperation with speakers from Nasdaq, Conferize and Sunstone Capital Life Science Ventures, we will focus on the public listing options available to small and medium-sized businesses, the listing process as well as the reporting and compliance requirements which the companies will be subjected to once listed. Further, we will focus on the pros and cons when choosing between public listing and venture funding, respectively.
Conferize will contribute with war stories from their own experience in relation to both the listing process and the subsequent “life” as a listed company.
